I'm definitely noticing a pattern here (apart from Tina Fey, whom I love, but she was definitely a surprise). The ladies of Glee, Sofia, Natalie... always Natalie. And my favorite goes to Mila Kunis:
I love the color on her. She tends to go toward darker hues (a la Angelina Jolie -- and I think she's Angie 2.0 more than Megan Fox), but she looks amazing in this stunning floral Alexander McQueen. Bright and fresh while staying true to her personality. It's definitely her year as she's expanding into more mature roles, and she chose the perfect designer for the night.
