Uhhh... WHAT?!
I'm sorry, but this has to be one of the oddest yet funniest things I've read in a while. This man in England decided to drive the car--which is a struggle to get into even for five-year-olds--although he was drunk. He put larger tires on it and decided to go for a spin, then attempted to drive away when approached by cops. This thing doesn't go more than 4 mph!?! He lost his license because he had a previous charge (presumably in a car meant for his size!).
I used to have one of these cars. I loved that thing, and I just knew that my first car was going to be a regular-sized version (I ended up with a Honda Civic). I would drive around my Philadelphia neighborhood as if I actually had somewhere to go. With all the problems my real car has been giving me lately, I miss my Barbie convertible!
