My recent obsession with Joseph Gordon-Levitt might possibly be spinning out of control.

Since Inception, I've watched so many of his movies over again--especially (500) Days of Summer--and I started reading up on his project, hitRECord. I've been following him on Twitter for a while, and he would often mention it, but I finally took the time to see what it was about. It's a collaborative production company where people from all over (i.e. not just NY & LA) can submit their work, as well as join in on other projects. Art. Media. Shorts. Poetry. Music. Etc. You should definitely look at it. He was talking about it on Jimmy Fallon and he seemed so passionate about the project, and it's message is really great.

Here's a short film that Joseph himself created (with the help of 2x co-star and friend Channing Tatum). It was shown at SxSW earlier this year.

Good looking, humorous, AND creative? A lethal combination.
