fashion friday: blair waldorf.

As much as I love Carrie Bradshaw, Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl has the fictional character's closet I'd most love the raid. Her blend of all-American preppy with vintage feminine pieces a-la Audrey Hepburn is what I usually tend to go for, so it's a given that she would be one of my icons. Here are a few of my favorite outfits from the past 3 seasons of the show.

Always in a dress -- society girl style.

Classic prep with splashes of color.... and a touch of personalization.

This girl does accessories like no other. I have that pearl headband, and I am not ashamed. Love it :)

Since season 1, this outfit has remained at the top of my list.

It's impossible for me to pick a favorite because I'd take any of her pieces, but this dress was from one of the final episodes of Season 3, so it's in recent memory. Love the florals and the pockets. To die for.

I could keep going -- literally, I could post just about every outfit she's ever worn, and as I type I realize I'm forgetting things (the Hampton's floral jumper dress, the first dress we ever see her in, the masked ball... ahh!). I'm thinking there will be a sequel to this post in the future...
